Surfcare
Surfcare began in late 2006. Originally it was a breakfast program in a park in the heart of our city. After one year Surfcare changed their service to a dinner program. This continues to be a huge success with 30 to 50 people enjoying a steak, sausages and food parcels twice a week. Surfcare also provides clothing and bedding which is received by our homeless clients with much gratitude (especially in the winter months).
Surfcare feeds the homeless on Monday 4:30pm at the SURFCiTY Community Support Centre the corner of Monaco Street and the Gold Coast Highway.
